Mid-Life Crysis

Now I'm not known for my tolerant nature, but I feel that I'm compelled to voice my anger at the German software company Crytek. During summer last year, they announced that their new FPS (first person shooter) game 'Crysis' was about to be released. I bought it.

Here we are 12 months later, and I still don't have it. "How can this be?!" I hear you cry. Well, I'm buggered if I know. Surely when a department says "Boss, that game's nearly ready" it means that it's nearly ready!

But no! I received an email just the other day "Dear Mr Inch . . . . etc etc . . . . has been delayed again . . . . etc etc . . . . November 2007!!"

They shall feel my wrath.

Snap Happy

Well the sun is shining this morning, so I thought I'd experiment with a few shots taken with the new camera. I'm still figuring out all the things that it can do, as well as the wonderful world of Photoshop, but I'll get there. In the meantime, here's a photo of my baby.

I really can't be bothered going to work this afternoon, I'm SO bored with my work. I've been there for just over 6 years and I think I've had my fill of it. I have a job interview in a weeks time, and it's difficult not to imagine getting it and leaving my current employer. I don't want to set myself up for a fall.

Artoo tells me it's nearly 10 am. I'm waiting in the house today for a delivery man with my new camera. I'm a tad excited.
Knowing my luck, he'll arrive 5 minutes after I've left for work!

Hi all, this is my first post.

This is me sporting a rather fetching beard, the product of two weeks work! Makes me look quite the lovable rogue, a bit like Han Solo but without the knee length boots!
